Since it began operations in 1985, AMERICAN PROPERTY ENTERPRISES has successfully completed the development, rehabilitation, and repositioning of over 2,800,000 square feet of office/industrial business parks, office, showroom/retail properties, and residential rental and for-sale properties located in the Southwestern United States.
