Since its inception in 1985, AMERICAN PROPERTY ENTERPRISES has successfully entitled urban infill sites for multifamily rental apartments, for sale condominiums, and townhomes; developed, operated, and managed large scale rental apartment projects; and renovated and converted rental apartments into for-sale condominiums. In all, the Company has successfully completed the development, rehabilitation, and repositioning of over 2,800,000 square feet of office/industrial business parks, office, showroom/retail properties, and residential rental and for-sale properties located in the Southwestern United States. Principals within the company have also built and sold over 3,500 attached and detached homes in San Diego County and the Inland Empire.
