During this time the Company has acquired existing, value-added properties for renovation and/or repositioning and also developed speculative commercial and residential properties from the ground up. The Company specializes in the following:

• Acquisition of existing income properties in which significant potential upside value exists following rehabilitation, market repositioning, redevelopment of existing uses, and/or mapping for development of alternative uses such as multifamily or mixed-use projects.
• Development of new income properties, including office, industrial, retail and apartments.
• Development of new for-sale residential and commercial condominiums.
• Provision of commercial and multifamily residential property management, leasing and consulting services to private and institutional investors.

The Company is currently seeking new investment opportunities in the southwestern United States including existing value-added commercial and residential property acquisitions, redevelopment sites, land, and both fee and speculative commercial and multi-family development projects.
